Bluprynt hosts MiCA table top with leading crypto companies, regulators

Bluprynt, the leader in crypto disclosures, completed conducted its first table top exercise with general counsels and policy experts from Ava Labs, CahillNXT, Coinbase, INX, Kraken, Paxos, Polygon, Membrane Finance, Solana, Vanderbilt University--and regulatory observers from the European Commission, European Banking Authority, FINMA and the Bank of Lithuania.

The table top exercise provided an overview of the White Paper obligations and solicited the experts’ views and interpretations of some of MiCA’s ambiguities, and how they compared to U.S. disclosure rules. The exercise was undertaken in anticipation of Bluprynt’s first simulation to be conducted with the Bank of Lithuania.
